We’re Giving Away Amazing E.L.F Cosmetics

Just last week, I was lucky enough to host an E.L.F Cosmetics Make Up At Home Party.  I say lucky because the party allowed me to spoil some of my friends rotten with make up tips, dozens of samples to try, and of course, a little wine.

I need a makeover. I can’t tell you that I have a horrid illness, that I’ve been through a natural disaster or family crisis. I just know that in the scheme of things, little things like my hair, nails or makeup don’t happen in my world. I feel guilty even thinking about getting my hair done, that’s why it’s been cut/styled twice in the last 3 years. Ponytails are my friend. I’d rather buy things for my family, or help out my friends, then buy something that I don’t know how to use properly anyways.

I’ve always longed to be on one of those “what not to wear” type shows, because, truly? I need the help and will readily admit it LOL

I’d love the chance to start fresh…

I don’t know if I would say that I needed a makeover as much as I need a start with make up…..my Mom was diagnosed with Guillan Barre (a rare form of French polio) when I was a toddler. She spent most of my childhood/teen years relearning things and trying to get back to functioning again. So she wasn’t there to teach me about make up and things and I never really thought much about it until I started dating and now that I am married I am slowly but surely learning more and more about make up and good colors for me.

Why do I need a makeover? Well first because I am a mom, and better yet of a girl who for the past few months has been stealing my makeup. I end up looking everywhere for it just to find it in her toy box. This is huge and will be easier to keep everything all in one and out of her little hands. I need a makeover because I was a person who loved to do my makeup but since becoming a mom my time is spent els were having everything so convenient would be great.

I desperately need a makeover, I am stuck in a rut and hardly wear makeup anymore since becoming a stay at home mother. I need to highlight my blue eyes and need some color on my cheeks. The makeup kit has everything I need to tarnsform this dull person into someone with some style. Besides the makeup I have I have no clue to how old it is

I need a makeover because I have run head on into Peri-Menopause, and it’s so much fun. Not! I don’t sleep well any more, they say insomnia goes with the hormonal changes, so I feel like I look more drawn and pale, and could use some nice blusher. My eyelashes also seem to be thinning so the mascara would be great, and this kit would be so wonderful for my sinking self-esteem.

I think it would be difficult to find someone more enthused about winning this than me. I want to embrace my changing face/body/life, and I want to look my best doing it! Thanks for the chance to win.

Why do I need a makeover? That is easy! because I am a mom of 3 little ones under the age of 5 and 6 months pregnant with #4. I run 3 small businesses and I hardly spend the time to make myself look pretty. So, winning this makeup kit would be a wonderful pick me up and motivation for me.

Thanks so much for the great giveaway!

I seriously need a makeover! I think my hair and makeup look the same as they did when I was in highschool! (That was a while ago!) I would love to win this!

I desperately could use a makeover. I just had my second baby two months ago and the effects of that are showing!!! I would love to have all the makeup in one place. Plus I can stash it in the diaper bag as I am running out the door late. I would love to try some new colors. Pick me! :)

I have been wearing the same colors and brands of makeups since I was like 19 – NO JOKE- I am too afraid to try anything else! Black mascara, brown eyeliner, taupe eyeshadow. No lipstick, it smears with having 3 kids and I have a serious addiction to Blistek. I have spent the last 8 years having babies, breastfeeding and basically ignoring how I look! My skin(on my face) is in some seriously bad shape!! Please – help me!!!!!!

As I’ve *gulp* gotten older, my skin seems to change quite often. The shade of foundation or blush that I was able to wear last year, I’m not able to wear this year. I’ve made a resolution to fight the frump as the saying goes. Just because I’m a SAHM I don’t always have to look like one! Plus, I absolutely need to master the smoky eye before I turn 40!

I always look at different colors of eye shadows and other makeup options, but I can never justify spending the money to try something new in case it doesn’t work. So I have been using the same eyeshadow and other makeup that is extremely boring since I joined the workforce. I used to experiment all the time, but have lost that sense of creativity when it comes to makeup. I would love the chance to be able to try out new colors and techniques :)

Would being a mom/stepmom to a blended family of nine count for a makeover? If so? Enter me!

OK I am not trying to enter again but I just watched my DVR’d “the Good Wife” and there was a line in there were the main character tells this lady who has been accused of killing her husband and lost her daughter to get up and take it every day, Do her hair and makeup as much as she won’t want to DO IT. It is the superficial things in life that make you feel better and when you feel better you accomplish more. I loved that! I thought about it and the next morning I got up bit early and got a shower (usually don’t do that till my daughters nap time) Got Dressed well at least didn’t put sweats on, and did my hair and makeup. I felt so good all day my daughter and I got so much done and I just felt like a better mom that day. Good Luck to All

I am in the process of losing a good bit of weight and I think this will help boost my self esteem as I take this journey.
